Complaints, Compliments and Concerns
At St Patrick's we take our reputation very seriously and we want to ensure that dealing with St Patrick's is a positive experience. We also acknowledge that sometimes things do not occur as we would hope and expect and that our school community need an appropriate way of dealing with this.
Complaints and Concerns
St Patrick's approach to handling complaints and concerns is based on providing a safe and supportive learning environment, building relationships with staff, students and families and providing a safe working environment for staff.
We aim to:
assist staff to confidently address the complaints of parents
ensure a balance between the rights of all parties involved; and
ensure both that parents will have a clear process to follow and that complaints are dealt with promptly and fairly.
Should anyone wish to make a complaint or raise a concern with St Patrick's we ask that you read our Complaints and Concerns Policy, a link for which is below.
We would then ask that you complete the Complaints and Concerns form and send or deliver it to the school office, using any of the contact details at the bottom of this page.
Whilst we appreciate that many only contact the school when something has gone wrong, we value positive feedback just as much as it can help us identify what we are doing well, as it is just as important for our school improvement process as what might not have gone so well.
Should you wish to provide a compliment, we ask you to email the School Principal on the email below.
